Jet lag?

( Klasse W, Velvia 100 )

I am not sure what happened on me.

Recently, I go to bed a little earlier than usual. It is very clear to me that this is not because of me being physically tired. I say this because in the morning, I get up one hour earlier than I usually do.

I am not a morning person. I have no hesitation to say that. I just have to get up early because of my work. The patient who is going to have a surgery comes to the operating room at 6:30 am.

Despite the fact that I am not an early bird, I recently get up one hour before my alarm clock starts to ring. This is certainly not normal for me.

Well, everything has a reason. The fact is, I am suffering from “jet lag” from DST being finished.

I seldom get jet lag, even if I go to Japan, where the time difference is about a half of a day. But this time, I suffered “jet lag” from only one hour of time change. Unfortunately, this does not mean that I eventually get jet lag like other people. My colleagues and everybody else are doing fine without the symptom I have now.

I am writing this in my spare time that is caused by waking up one hour early in the morning. Yes, this is a byproduct of my “jet lag”.

It seems that the bigger the time difference, the better for me. Subtle time difference of one hour screwed my internal clock. Is this a sign of aging? I do not know.
